Civil Society Foundation (NFCS) is 500 000 euros funded Internet project aimed at gathering signatures in questionable political campaigns and the results are even six months later in an empty net page. The thing smells of misuse of funds.
Estonia considers itself as an e-state, but is still surprisingly healthy areas of democracy, which we are indeed necessary for the applications, but there is no form of state-enabled. For example, digital signature and ID card would hold referenda on the minimal cost compared to paper ballot papers and voting box.
